Superintendent - Commercial / Construction ($20M-$40M)
Location: Greensboro, NC
Salary: $110,000-$130,000 Bens

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Greensboro, specializing in managing large scale commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing multiple large projects from inception to completion, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Project will vary from $20M-$40M and will cover a variety of commercial, hospitality & retail builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities for a variety of commercial projects
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Provide regular updates and reports to project management and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
