Construction Superintendent – Residential, Country Club
Location: Naples, FL
Salary: $170,000-$180,000 Bens
My client is a real estate / investment company working closely with a GC set to launch on a new residential estate and adjoining Country Club and keen to hire an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and manage construction projects for both the residential and country clubs, clubhouses, and amenity spaces. This role requires a proactive leader to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets high-quality standards. Strong high-end residential construction experience is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for projects valued at $80million .
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of safety on every site.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications.
- Develop and mentor field personnel, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the Florida construction market.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Track record of successfully delivering high-end hotel / hospitality projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
