Position Summary: We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Doctors, and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine to join our growing family practice. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality primary care services. This role will involve managing a broad spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive care, and patient education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and pediatric patients in a family practice setting.
- Perform physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging.
- Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens in compliance with DEA and state regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
Qualifications:

NP/PA Candidates: Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies with a valid license to practice as an NP or PA in the state.

MD/DO Candidates: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with an active state medical license.

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.

Certification: Board certification in family practice or primary care specialty.

DEA License: Required for prescribing controlled substances.
