Responsibilities of a Sales Team Development Expert- Business Development
- Prospect new business opportunities in the Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Light Industrial and Administrative Industries.
- Research prospective companies and develop a strategic plan to gain their business.
- Scheduling meetings with prospects through field call, face-to-face field calls, phone calls, email, and social media.
- Prepare sales presentations and negotiate contract with new clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and the development of new sales strategies.
- Attend networking events, sales conferences, and training sessions.
- Provide the highest level of customer service and follow our strategic sales process.
- Utilize sales CRM for documentation along with other lead generation platforms.
Qualifications of a Sales Team Development Expert- Business Development
- 2 years’ experience in B2B Business Development / Sales preferably in outside sales
- Proven successful track record with a stable employment history.
- Excellent communication and organizational experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Positive Attitude and ready for success!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
