Allegiance Staffing is looking for reliable individuals for a Direct Hire Folder / Gluer Operator position on the Westside of Indiana.
Shifts :
2nd Monday-Friday 2PM-10PM
3rd Monday-Friday 10PM-6AM
All training will be done on 1st shift (Timeframe for training could vary)
This position requires candidates to be very hands on, attention to detail and be able to handle influx of paperwork. Candidate will need to have team lead and / or supervisor experience.
Responsibilities :
- Set Up and Operation : Set up and operate folder gluer machines to produce folding cartons and other packaging products.
- Quality Control : Perform visual inspections and use quality instruments to ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Maintenance : Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as oiling and lubricating machine parts.
- Safety and Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Team Coordination : Work with assistant operators and other team members to ensure efficient production.
- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues with the machinery to minimize downtime.
