Allegiance Staffing is hiring a dedicated and reliable Fulfillment Associate in the Durham/Morrisville area!
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for inspecting incoming freight for damage or defects, accurately recording discrepancies, and ensuring proper documentation. This role involves verifying shipment details, tagging, staging, and palletizing raw materials, as well as organizing products for storage or transfer. The associate maintains shipping and receiving records, prepares shipping documents, and coordinates outbound freight.
Key responsibilities include inventory control, cycle counts, loading/unloading trucks, and using shipping software such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager. The role requires physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 lbs, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MIS systems.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Basic math skills and ability to interpret work-related documents.

Schedule:
AM and PM shifts available
7:00am-7:00pm rotating or 7pm-3:30am M-F
