Allegiance Staffing is looking for an intelligent, diligent, motivated and career-minded individual to learn and grow with a fabrication company that’s been in the Indiana area for over 63 years. This role is a General Labor position. The ideal candidate for this position is looking to learn a trade or two and build a career in the process.
The Laborer is responsible for the majority of the physical labor performed on the job. This is an entry level, DIRECT-HIRE position. The Laborer will assist in various phases and areas of projects.
Expectations
- Assist machine operators through his / her shift.
- Material handling – help set up for production runs, move material after completion.
- May be required to operate forklift
- Able to retrieve material from the yard for production runs
- Keep work areas clean, sweeping up
- After training, be able to run small jobs without supervision
- Able and willing to assist on all machines
- May assist in other shop areas at management discretion
- Washing and cleaning vehicles
- Assist Drivers and Operators
- Load, move, and re-store field equipment
