Allegiance Staffing is looking for reliable individuals for a Direct Hire Industrial Maintenance Technician position on the Westside of Indiana.
Shifts :
2nd Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM
3rd Monday-Friday 11PM-7AM
All training will be done on 1st shift (Timeframe for training could vary)
An Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of industrial machinery and equipment. Here are some key duties and responsibilities typically associated with this role :
Responsibilities :
- Inspecting and Diagnosing : Regularly inspect machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
- Preventive Maintenance : Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly.
- Repairs : Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
- Disassembly and Reassembly : Disassemble machinery to repair or replace parts, then reassemble it.
- Testing and Adjustments : Test the operation of machinery after repairs and make necessary adjustments.
- Fabrication : Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
- Safety Checks : Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks.
- Documentation : Prepare and submit maintenance reports.
Requirements :
In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
