Requirements for Industrial Maintenance Technician
Troubleshoot and solve problems in the areas of plumbing, pumps, HVAC, electrical, pneumatics and MANUAL LATHE
Periodic inspections and servicing of equipment.
Assists with completion of system modifications and improvement projects.
General grounds keeping and facility related maintenance.
Fabrication and repair of parts.
Light maintenance on material handling equipment.
Report to Manager daily for work schedule.
Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and masonry skills
Must speak, read, and write English FLUENTLY
Updated Resume required
Must be mechanically inclined
Self-driven
Ability to work independently and on a team
Good communicator
Welding and machine shop experience is a plus
Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE
Work Environment :
Work primarily is indoors, is not climate controlled, with minimal safety / health hazard potential. Hearing protection and safety shoes are a requirement.
