Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. You will play a key role in enhancing our talent acquisition strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
- Utilize recruitment software such as ADP, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to manage applicant tracking and maintain candidate records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.
- Participate in employee evaluation processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Engage in talent management activities to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee retention.
- Leverage social media platforms and professional networks to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and software such as ADP, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is advantageous.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
- Knowledge of talent management principles and employee evaluation processes is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
