Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals for our members and guests in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have previous cooking experience, a passion for food, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook menu items according to golf club standards and recipes.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Monitor food inventory and communicate with the kitchen team to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with prep work and cleaning duties as needed.
- Work efficiently and cooperatively with fellow kitchen staff.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive dining experience for our members and guests.
