What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master 3rd Shift E-Coat Loader position at Allegiance Staffing?
Automotive manufacturing company in the Clinton Township area is seeking individuals for their E-Coat line. Must be able to tolerate working in a hot environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn all aspects of parts hanging and packing operations
Make certain proper packaging methods are utilized for parts coming off the line
Ensure parts are hung correctly on proper racks at proper spacing
Follow inspection criteria described by Leaders, Supervision, or Management
Count, weigh or measure parts to record in ERP Plex system
Load into correct container
Correctly mark or label containers or products
Remove/sort defective parts from racks placing them in specified area
Remove damaged racks from system and notify the leader at your station
Work with leaders and supervision to maximize line productivity
Follow safety rules in your work area and throughout the plant
Keep your work area neat and clean at all times
Follow all production and quality procedures
Perform any other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regularly: Standing; Walking; Handling/Finger fine motor skills; Push/Pull; Reach and lift overhead and below knees
up to 60 pounds, Use forceful grasp
Frequently: Stoop, kneel, crouch, squat; twisting; cervical motions
