Allegiance Staffing is seeking 2nd shift Forklift Drivers who are responsible for warehouse operations at a warehouse in the West End of Louisville.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Responsible for loading / unloading FTL and LTL trucks according to weight and size of order and completing applicable paperwork.
- Responsible for picking and validating of orders for FTL / LTL to include proper stacking, wrapping and applicable paperwork.
- Responsible for unloading, cross-docking, validation and putting away of product and applicable paperwork.
- Performs an initial walk-around and inspection of forklift to ensure that it is in good working order before operation, reports any identified problems or irregularities to maintenance.
- Participates in implementing Quality Control to help ensure that products are in the correct areas.
- Performs general cleanup and maintenance of assigned work area.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Experience operating a forklift for the same company for at least 12-24 consecutive months. Experience with multiple forklift types (sit-down, stand-up, cherry-picker, clamp and reach) preferred. Experience in both loading / unloading as well as in placing product in warehouse racks preferred.
2nd Shift : Monday - Friday, 2 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm
Pay = $17.00 / hr.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
