Job Qualification/Job Duties
- 2 years of full cycle high volume recruiting experience in HR/recruiting; Medical Staffing Agency or Skilled Nursing Facility Recruiting a plus.
- Proven experience using creative and outside-the-box sourcing techniques to target candidates via major job boards, social media, professional networking events, employee referrals, and other methods.
- Funnel Candidate Pipelines. Must give examples.
- Collaborate and partner with staffing managers on an on-going basis to review staffing requirements and plans.
- Experience building lasting relationships and sustaining a candidate network of active and passive candidate for interest and suitability for current and future positions.
- Have a stable work history and be able to demonstrate

- Have experience in recruiting high volume candidates and be able to demonstrate.
- Have strong Organizational Skill Sets
- Be a people person
You will be compensated additional revenue and benefits of:
