Production Lead Job Description:
Looking for a dedicated production lead to join a team in a warehouse environment. As a key member of our production team, you will oversee daily operations and ensure an efficient and smooth flow of daily workflow.
Production Lead Requirements: Must meet the 10 requirements.
- Warehouse/ manufacturing management experience for 3-4 years.
- Excellent Tenure at past jobs.
- Strong Technical skills and hands-on experience with shipping, production, and assembly work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a small team.
- Experience in shipping and receiving, including familiarity with a bill of landing and import/export paperwork is highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
- Good problem-solving and a proactive attitude.
- DMV Check, clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Production Lead Responsibilities:
- Direct hands-on work a full shift, performing assembly, shipping, and inventory duties daily. The whole shift will be on the floor.
- Training and mentorship to team members who need it.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Driving the forklift or learning to drive it.
- Learning to operate an automatic robot welder.
