Key Responsibilities :
Ensure GMP & SQF compliance through inspections and monitoring
Conduct product quality checks, including weight, temperature, and allergen testing
Oversee sanitation and food safety procedures in production areas
Perform environmental and micro testing, documenting and reporting deviations
Support line inspectors and enforce proper quality control measures
Qualifications :
2 years of QA experience in the food industry (or equivalent education / experience)
Knowledge of USDA / FDA regulations & GFSI audit schemes (SQF, BRC)
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
Leadership experience with the ability to work independently or in a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and strive for continuous improvement
