Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure GMP & SQF compliance through inspections and monitoring
- Conduct product quality checks, including weight, temperature, and allergen testing
- Oversee sanitation and food safety procedures in production areas
- Perform environmental and micro testing, documenting and reporting deviations
- Support line inspectors and enforce proper quality control measures
Qualifications:
2 years of QA experience in the food industry (or equivalent education/experience)
Knowledge of USDA/FDA regulations & GFSI audit schemes (SQF, BRC)
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
Leadership experience with the ability to work independently or in a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and strive for continuous improvement
