What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspection position at Allegiance Staffing?
Location is Auburn Hills 1st 2nd and 3rd shift open pay is 16.00
MUST have steel toed boots
Job Description:
- PHYSICALLY and visually inspecting car components.
- Checking for dings, dents, and missing parts
- Cleaning and packaging parts.
- Working with in a team to ensure the production numbers are packaged and shipped every day.
- Making sure all labels are correct and that they match.
- Need to have a good understanding of appearance standards, defect tags, and defect codes.
- MUST be detail oriented, self-sufficient, highly motivated, and fast.
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
- Will remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
Requirements:
- Must be able to bend, lift, pull, reach, & stand up to 12 hours per day. You will be expected to lift/package/inspect
