Manufacturing Quality Lead Technician
Allegiance Staffing is looking for a Direct Hire Manufacturing Quality Lead Technician for a company on the Westside of Indianapolis.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the company quality program.
Monitor and audit quality records that are recorded by our production team members.
Be able to effectively work in a multilingual environment.
Submit any COA or COC’s according to customer requirements.
Oversee all R&D and work directly with customers and company management.
Manage and direct the Quality Technician.
Most of the time is spent on the production floor working with employees.
Continue to develop and train manufacturing employees in the company's real-time quality testing procedures.
Oversee new product development.
Must track and maintain all customer complaints and fill out corrective actions in a very timely fashion.
Conduct monthly quality meetings with manufacturing personnel.
Must give weekly updates to ownership.

Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Technical Degree a plus.
4 to 6 years of experience in the quality field.
Knowledge of ISO requirements.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours : 36 – 50 per week
Salary : $22 - $28
