Recreation Aide

Job Description :
We are seeking energetic and reliable Recreation Aides to join our team! This role involves supporting recreational programs and activities designed to engage and inspire participants of all ages, with a primary focus on youth. Recreation Aides help ensure a safe, fun, and organized environment while working closely with staff, participants, and families.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and leading recreational activities such as afterschool programs, summer camps, and other out-of-school time (OST) events.
- Set up and take down tables, chairs, and equipment for facility rentals and events.
- Supervise drop-in activities such as game rooms and open gym sessions.
- Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing facility rules and policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized recreational space.
