Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing
Actively source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to match candidates with client job openings.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring demands.
Staffing & Placement
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs and fill positions efficiently.
Branch Performance & Client Relations
Work closely with the branch team to meet staffing goals and maximize branch output.
Administrative & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, interviews, and placements.
Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or workforce management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
