Location : New Albany, IN
Pay : $22 - $25 per hour (Based on experience)
Shift : 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
Job Type : Full-Time | Direct Hire
Work Environment : Not climate-controlled

Job Summary :
The Structural Welder is responsible for welding, cutting, shaping, and fabricating metal structures and components according to technical drawings and blueprints. The role requires a strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to operate various welding tools and equipment effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welding & Fabrication : Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on metal structures such as platforms, mezzanines, and stairs.
- Blueprint Interpretation : Read and accurately follow technical drawings and blueprints to ensure precision.
- Structural Assembly : Construct, assemble, and inspect fabricated components for structural integrity.
- Equipment Operation & Maintenance : Operate and maintain welding machines, tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Quality Control & Inspections : Perform weld inspections to ensure all products meet industry standards.
- Project Coordination : Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet deadlines and specifications.
- Safety & Compliance : Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and OSHA regulations in a welding environment.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose and repair welding and fabrication defects and equipment malfunctions.
Job Requirements :
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
Ability to lift 40 lbs. independently.
Clean drug screen & background check.
