What You'll Be Involved In

  • Create and manage a high performing team utilizing exceptional leadership qualities
  • Increase sales and gross profit month over month and year over year
  • Assist with pricing and products regionally and network wide
  • Ride along with Outside Parts Sales Representatives and provide coaching as needed
  • Visit locations on a regular cadence and have an exceptional relationship with parts, service, and sales
  • Work with managers to increase sales by going after customers to bring trucks into the shop and supply leads for new and used truck sales
  • Have a regular cadence (weekly) communication with Regional Vice President
  • Create a dashboard for OPS to see current goals and plan verse actual (know whether they are winning or losing everyday)
  • Create a plan to help Outside Parts Sales team reach their goals and grow
  • Communicate and interact with a diverse group of people to drive a positive outcome
  • Stay up on current market trends, products, and services to build out a robust training plan for outside sales to be successful and offering solutions to customers

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

  • 5-8 years' experience in the industry and outside sales with ability to quanitfy growth and development of high performing teams
  • 2-3 years experience leading a sales team of 3 employees
