What You'll Be Involved In
- Create and manage a high performing team utilizing exceptional leadership qualities
- Increase sales and gross profit month over month and year over year
- Assist with pricing and products regionally and network wide
- Ride along with Outside Parts Sales Representatives and provide coaching as needed
- Visit locations on a regular cadence and have an exceptional relationship with parts, service, and sales
- Work with managers to increase sales by going after customers to bring trucks into the shop and supply leads for new and used truck sales
- Have a regular cadence (weekly) communication with Regional Vice President
- Create a dashboard for OPS to see current goals and plan verse actual (know whether they are winning or losing everyday)
- Create a plan to help Outside Parts Sales team reach their goals and grow
- Communicate and interact with a diverse group of people to drive a positive outcome
- Stay up on current market trends, products, and services to build out a robust training plan for outside sales to be successful and offering solutions to customers
- Ability to be agile - manage the unexpected in the most efficient and beneficial way for the customer
- Action oriented, metrics driven, hands on leader
- Outstanding communication skills
- Team and individual development experience
- Business and financial acumen
- 5-8 years' experience in the industry and outside sales with ability to quanitfy growth and development of high performing teams
- 2-3 years experience leading a sales team of 3 employees
