Summary
The Engineering Document Specialist's responsibilities include but are not limited to providing entry, evaluation, and assignment of engineering source documents from the FAA, OEM, and internal sources. The Specialist reviews all engineering documents being released to the publication’s website. The Specialist also performs the oversight, audit, and issue correction of engineering documents contained in the engineering library or published on PubWeb. The Engineering Document Specialist assists the Engineering director and managers as needed.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education : High School Diploma / GED
Education Details : Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as statistics, engineering, business analytics, information systems, or aviation management preferred.
Years of Experience :
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a technical or an administrative role in a technical field.
- Minimum six (6) months of experience working in an engineering department.
- Analytical skills to effectively & efficiently solve problems.
- Ability to research, gain knowledge, perform analysis independently, and produce results.
- Strong MS Excel (including pivot tables, charting and graphing capabilities) spreadsheet and Access (or similar) database skills, and proficient with other MS Office Suite products and Adobe Acrobat.
- Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-workers and management.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively organize projects and tasks, including properly accounting for all documents.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts / days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
Essential Services Provider
