What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern, HR Systems (Spring 2025) position at Allegiant Air?
Summary
This internship assists the HR Systems team with daily functions to maintain employee data and system configurations in the company Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You will have the opportunity to learn about system record maintenance, data integrity auditing, system functionality / configurations, Cognos reporting and user security maintenance. This position will work closely with the HR Systems team to meet department daily functions and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Bachelor's degree recent graduate or currently pursuing degree. To be qualified to apply intern candidates should be currently enrolled in a college or university, or a recent graduate within the last six months with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
