Summary
The Records and Qualifications Specialist I (RQS-I) is responsible for daily paper and electronic recordkeeping of employee training / qualifications documentation. On a daily basis, the RQS is responsible for ensuring that all electronic and paper records are accurately maintained and current. The RQS is cross-trained and facilitates records compliance between all operational departments. Additionally, this position may assist with scheduling new hire training events to ensure compliance with all FAA approved training manuals and company policies.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education : High School Diploma / GED
Education Details :
High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred.
Years of Experience :
Minimum one (1) year experience with airline and aviation-related documentation systems or recordkeeping / data entry and auditing experience in a similar industry.
- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Professional demeanor, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Products.
- Proficient in the use of electronic recordkeeping systems.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and related requirements.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (high visibility clothing, ear protection, safety glasses, face mask) when required.
- Minimal travel may be required.

May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts / days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
Essential Services Provider
