Job Description
Manage the on-site operations by achieving budgeted income, expense, and leasing goals.Developing an annual marketing plan and conducting marketing reviews.Prepare, submit, and maintain the annual budgetEvaluating unit prices in accordance with the market and budgeted goals.Oversight of the leasing process; approving prospective resident applications, discounts, and renewals.Obtaining bids for all contract services and overseeing routine capital projects.Supervise staff members to ensure goals are met; including hiring, training, and performance management.Ensuring that the onsiteExperience
