Certified Fire Sprinkler Inspector

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. This role requires a strong understanding of fire protection systems, as well as the ability to read blueprints and work with various electrical components.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings.
• Test and verify the functionality of sprinkler systems, ensuring they meet local codes and regulations.
• Identify any deficiencies or issues within the system and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of fire protection systems.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and maintenance performed on each system.
• Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and best practices related to fire safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in low voltage systems, fire alarm installations, or construction inspection is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and power tools used in the installation and maintenance of fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with alarm system is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen ability to detect issues within complex systems.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Certification or relevant training in fire protection or related fields is advantageous.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.60 per hour
