Allegiant Home Care, a premier in-home personal care company, seeks an experienced Sales Representative.
Position Summary : This outside sales position will be assigned a territory in the Long Island, NY area. The new sales team member must build relationships and develop, maintain, and grow a network of repeat home care referrals to meet their monthly admission goals. This individual will manage and create relationships with leading referral sources and influencers in the local market. We seek a candidate with a solid book of business and a proven track record of implementing marketing / sales strategies, building relationships, establishing a new business, and valuing a collaborative and fun work environment.
Offering a base salary $85,000 - $100,000 plus a monthly commission plan. You must have a book of business already established in the Long Island, NY area.
