Allegiant Inc is looking to add an ambitious individual to our team as a split-schedule Office employee and Caregiver.
Hours : Full Time – Flexible Shifts – 40 hours
Must Have : Valid Drivers License, Insurance, and Vehicle.
Experience: 1 year caregiving – Nice to have.
1 year Office Receptionist/Customer Service – Nice to have.
The Office Assistant position would include clerical duties such as filing paperwork, inventory of office supplies, answering phone calls . Manage caseload by providing care coordination to individuals with a primary intellectual/developmental disability diagnosis all of whom receive community-base waiver services.Coordinate daily activities,make sure all policies are implemented and client paperwork is filed .Develop clients goals and monitor progress.
The DSP Caregiver will be providing Independent Living Skills, In Home Supports, In Home Family Supports, and other services offered with 245D licensing. Must have’s for this half of the position will be professionalism, compassion, empathy, objectiveness, punctuality, flexibility, time management and independence. You will be going individually and working with Clientele out in the field; which will require responsibility on ones individual self to keep their word and build trust. This will require minimal travel to and from Client Residences, assisting with going to and from appointments and going to and from grocery store and any other errands requested. May include light meal preparation and/or cooking for or with them. Assisting in Scheduling appointments and being a Voice for them.Laundry and Light Housekeeping. Emotional Support. Companionship. Someone healthy and reliable that they can count on.
