EHS Analyst
The EHS Analyst is responsible for performing accurate and efficient EHS metric auditing, data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks. They assist in developing and implementing EHS programs, track progress of actions and initiatives, and maintain EHS records in compliance with regulations. Additionally, they may participate in EHS initiatives, provide backup duties in reception and the mailroom, and perform other assigned tasks as needed.

EHS Analyst
The EHS Analyst is responsible for performing accurate and efficient EHS metric auditing, data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks. They assist in developing and implementing EHS programs, track progress of actions and initiatives, and maintain EHS records in compliance with regulations. Additionally, they may participate in EHS initiatives, provide backup duties in reception and the mailroom, and perform other assigned tasks as needed.
What You Will Do
- Perform EHS metric auditing in accordance with standard work and track corrections to timely closure;
- Responsible for EHS data entry and EHS reporting, to include:
- collecting, preliminary validation, and ensuring timely submission of EHS and sustainability metrics by all sites and
- generation, coordination of preliminary review, and final report distribution of the Monthly Operation Report (MOR);
- Assist in the development and implementation of EHS programs and initiatives;
- Track progress of EHS actions and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and compliance to include:
- analyzing EHS data, establishing, and monitoring KPIs to measure performance to established targets and commitments,
- building and managing EHS dashboards using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI.
- creating presentations and reports for enterprise leaders and other internal and external customers, using graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data;
- Perform typical EHS administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail;
- Maintain and manage EHS records in compliance with regulations;
- Periodically participate in EHS initiatives, Kaizens, and audits;
- Provide backup duties in reception and the mailroom, as needed, including welcoming and directing visitors, maintaining employee directories, distributing campus communications, maintaining digital bulletin boards, processing outgoing packages, and receiving, sorting, processing, and delivering mail and incoming packages; and
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills required to effectively handle EHS documentation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal, time management, and organization skills.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build collaborative relationships.
- Quick learner and ability to quickly understand and support new tasks, specifically relating to sustainability.
- 1-3 years’ experience in EHS or administrative position preferred.
