Program Manager
Stanley Access Technologies is looking for a Program Manager to work as part of a highly engaged small team within a global organization of 12,000 employees, representing 30 brands (including Schlage, Von Duprin and LCN) focused on safety, security, and access management. As a Program Manager, you will oversee and manage multiple programs within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, alignment with strategic objectives and effective resource allocation.
Responsibilities :
Plan, execute and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards
Use the Product Development Gate Process to manage projects
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules, resource allocation and risk assessment.
Lead cross-functional teams providing guidance, motivation and support to ensure project success
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders and senior management
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely update to stakeholders
Manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with Organizational goals
Ensure Project documentation is accurate, up to date and readily accessible to team members
Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned in future projects
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex projects and programs
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills can prioritize and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
Proficient in project management software and tools
PMP certification or equivalent preferred
