Job Title: Client Support and Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: The Client Support and Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of health insurance.
Client Interaction:
- Welcome clients and visitors and assist with coverage-related inquiries
- Guide clients through their portal (YHI) and follow up on annual re-evaluations
- Support enrollment and servicing of individual and Medicare policies
- Address client notifications and manage client communications
Administrative Support:
- Manage office communications, including phone calls and mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate documentation
- Oversee office inventory and supplies
- Handle control panel management for phones and copiers
- Regularly audit CRM for data accuracy
Digital and Online Management:
- Facilitate digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including targeted emails, company website, and social media
- Oversee RetireFlo user management and submissions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the health insurance industry.
- Health Insurance Producer License (may be obtained at hire)
- AHIP certification (may be obtained at hire)
- Strong knowledge of health insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
