$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
- Accurately take order information from customer and enter into MIS
- Create estimates in a timely manner
- Follow up on all production functions to ensure timely output of product
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
