Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an energetic, reliable, and results-oriented Customer Sales Associate to nurture and grow our existing client base while working with prospective customers. As the voice and face of our company, you will play a key role in assisting with marketing and client communications. This position is part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team, who enjoys people, can be a solution provider, and strive for personal and businesses growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support, including order processing and job estimating.
• Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns with a solutions-driven approach.
• Assist walk-in clients and answer phone inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Deliver pricing, processing, and delivery information while managing project timelines and follow-ups internal & external.
• Set up new customer accounts, maintain records, and prepare reports.
• Work with numbers and review art files accurately, ensuring attention to detail.
• Uphold a professional, customer-first approach in all interactions.
• Perform additional administrative, clerical and production duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Commercial print experience is a plus; however, not a requirement for the right candidate.
• Able to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Overtime as needed.
