We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and manage phone systems effectively.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with director to ensure efficient student flow and communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for scheduling.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Music knowledge is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
