Director of Rehabilitation / The rapy Program Manager Position (PT, OT, COTA, or PTA are encouraged to apply) :
We are seeking a strong clinician who is enthusiastic and enjoys the balance of treatment and leadership. At Allegra Nursing and Rehab our therapists are employees of the facility. We value the input and direction that our therapists bring as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. We work together for the best of the patients. Our Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for scheduling of therapists, monitoring patient progress, guiding therapists and fostering collaboratoin for the betterment of the patient and their goals. The Director of Rehab (DOR) participates in the facility IDT meetings as a content expert representing therapy.
