In order to meet the demand of our growing clientele and expanded offerings, we are looking to hire a full time Customer Service Representative.
About you: You have a strong work ethic and an eye for detail and aesthetics. You are a well-organized person who is principally driven and are urgent about your work. You have great interpersonal skills, you like people and make friends easily. You’re generally a happy person and having a great attitude comes easy for you. You’re punctual, used to meeting deadlines and an excellent communicator, in person, on the phone and via email. You prefer a fast past environment, you are very proactively minded, you’re creative and consider yourself a problem solver. You adapt to change well while promoting the team around you and the company you work for.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, provide solutions and support via phone, email, & in-person with a warm smile and excellent attitude.
- In a timely manner, respond to all emails, ensure you understand what the customer is requesting and that we have the correct resources to provide the desired outcome. Accurately complete order intake into the system, manage each project that you input.
- Manage orders within specified time frames ensuring they are done on time and exactly as the customer requested.
- Build and grow relationships with clients, work to understand their needs, become a student of their business and ensure a long-term relationship with excellent service
- Become fluent with our software platforms.
Qualifications
- Some sales experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent people skills
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the print industry
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- Positive outlook, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Excellent strategic thinking skills
- Expertise in Internet search
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen multi-tasking abilities ensuring deadlines are met
- Able to work collaboratively in a professional team environment without drama
- Ability to continue and build professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base.
- Knowledge of print production processes and materials
Experience
- Previous experience in the sign / graphic industry preferred
- Previous experience in the print industry preferred
- Color management concepts and procedures preferred
- Printsmith preferred
- Customer service/sales
WORKING CONDITIONS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18 - $22 per hr. depending on experience
Shift: 8-hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
