The Pool Attendant should present a positive impression of the establishment’s friendliness, excellent service and high standards. The upscale yet casual setting is intended to promote an environment of casual elegance in setting and atmosphere that exudes genuine care and heartfelt service. Providing an unforgettable experience from the first point of guest contact to the departing farewell. Engaging with guests, anticipating their needs and taking initiative to improve their stay will be focus areas for the pool attendant.
The Pool Attendant is responsible for orienting guests to the pool facilities and assisting in providing personal guest service in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner. A Pool Attendant must be able to carry natural conversation with Guests without sounding scripted or intrusive. Pool attendants are responsible for performing basic custodial services including keeping the pool areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities. Availability must include nights and weekends.
