Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met within the facility.
- Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff to promote a supportive community atmosphere.
- Monitor resident progress and behavior management strategies to enhance quality of life.
- Coordinate activities and programs that promote social engagement and personal development for residents.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans as necessary.

Qualifications

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
