Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an LPN Supervisor at Allegria Village in Dearborn, MI. The LPN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, coordinating patient care, implementing health and safety protocols, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the LPN Supervisor will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to residents.
Qualifications
- Nursing Supervision, Patient Care Coordination, and Health and Safety Protocol implementation skills
- Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of geriatric care practices and procedures
- Active LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Previous experience in a senior living or long-term care setting is preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
