This diverse role will play a key part in leasing and marketing of residential apartment units. The right candidate will combine sales, customer service, and marketing to lease to high end student apartments available in the University Circle sub-market in Cleveland Ohio.
In this role you will be a key part of the team, responsible for -
· Conducting Tours: Lead prospective residents on vibrant, informative tours of the community. Use your expertise and knowledge to highlight amenities, location, and all the best features and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.
· Building Relationships: Greet, engage, and build lasting relationships with prospective residents and guests, providing them with tailored, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Promote a high level of resident retention.
· Exceed Expectations: Through follow-up to our prospects, ensuring a market-ready property, and actively listening to residents. Consistently go above and beyond to ensure high quality experience and satisfaction standards are met.
· Administrative Expertise: Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including handling lease agreements, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for -
- Minimum 1 year experience in apartment rental or real estate sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPM – Certified Property Manager) preferred
- Real estate license
And our best candidates will have -
- Proven track record of managing a property portfolio or business unit with revenues/assets in the multi-million-dollar range.
- Operational knowledge of leasing, rental operations, housekeeping, accounting, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
