Join our Scottdale facility, home to 75 committed employees, as our new Maintenance Manager . In this role, you'll lead the way in driving maintenance excellence and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our operations stay efficient, reliable, and meet the highest standards.
Your Role
In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. This role involves leading a team 6 maintenance professionals, developing maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, while also maximizing productivity and efficiency.
The spirit of the position is to holistically create, build, grow, and maintain a proactive maintenance program built to protect and preserve the property, buildings, and associated grounds. - Promote a "never walk by" philosophy by addressing any unsafe conditions immediately and encouraging everyone to take ownership of safety. Ensure that safety is the top priority in all daily activities and decision-making processes,
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA, environmental, and industry safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance department's implementation and monitoring of safety programs, including lockout / tagout procedures and safety training.

About you
You bring a minimum of 5 to 7 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with successful achievement in management overseeing plant facility activities. Your technical expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and design of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems is essential.
While a Bachelor's degree in a Technology or Engineering field is preferred, it is not required.
Your strong leadership skills enable you to facilitate change and drive continuous improvement. As an effective communicator, you are willing and able to motivate others for success.
You are a team player with a proven background in positive leadership, mentoring, and teamwork.
