About the role
As a Production Manager at Alleima, you will lead, direct, and control all manufacturing activities for our entity in Palm Coast Florida. Your role will be pivotal in achieving the short and medium —term financial and operating objectives set by our corporate business plan.
Key responsibilities include:
—Communicate strategy and goals to the team to ensure understanding of strategic direction for optimal decision making within the manufacturing operation.
—Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning among Supervisors, Team Leads and Production Team Members.
—Communicate effectively with key stakeholders including senior management to provide updates on production order status, labor requirements and productivity performance.
—Monitoring and reviewing health and safety standards and partnering with EHS to ensure compliance and risk-free production.
—Effectively work with customers, market service and planning on meeting delivery demands to ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
—Effectively work with all departments to resolve production issues, minimize downtime and minimize costs.
—Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and safety

About You
You bring over 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a production environment, with a proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing processes. Your bachelor's degree has equipped you with the foundational knowledge necessary for this role. You excel in customer interactions and possess a deep understanding of the electrical, mechanical, and logistics equipment used in manufacturing, including its safe usage, maintenance, and storage. Your expertise extends to methods, accepted practices, considerations, and regulatory requirements associated with the safety and protection of workers, the environment, and the site.
