Job Duties:
As an important part of our interdisciplinary team, the Director of Hospice coordinates all clinical services provided to hospice patients and ensures care is provided to Medicare/Medicaid/State Regulations. They oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health/hospice laws and regulatory standards. The clinical director will ensure patient/client goals are met, assess the patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of patient and employee satisfaction.
Organizational skills
Ability to supervise in accordance with Hospice's policies and applicable laws
Advanced math skills related to patient care
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and billing software
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.

Knowledge of Hospice Conditions of Participations and regulations strongly encouraged

Requirements:
Current RN License with no restrictions, with two (2) years' home healthcare experience or Hospice experience.
CPR Certified
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured.
Able to travel when necessary.
Healthcare administrative support background a plus.
Has satisfactory references from current employers and/or professional peers.
Is self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Salary : $15,000
