We're currently on the lookout for an experienced Pre-litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant for our Richmond office's vibrant team.
Qualifications:
- 2 years Personal Injury plaintiff experience.
- Experience in conducting Intake interviews with new clients.
- Experience with liens, including liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation.
- Experience with complex, high-volume cases.
- Experience with case management system.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferable
Job Duties:
- Managing client case files with a keen eye for detail and a heart for service.
- Engaging with clients through intake interviews, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
- Navigating the complexities of personal injury cases with expertise and empathy.
- Other duties as assigned.
