- 3 yrs Auto Parts Inside Sales Experience REQUIRED for this position.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all store customers
- Assist both retail and wholesale customers with their auto parts questions and needs, either in person, via the telephone, or through online ordering
- Handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions
- You are responsible for all your invoices to be turned in everyday or explain where they are at.
- Must collect payment for cash sales transactions. (Cash or Credit Card payments customer must sign or print credit card slip)
- Ability to lift 60lbs.
- Operate the electronic and paper cataloging system to retrieve up to date parts information
- Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times, and refrain from using foul or vulgar language while at work especially in the present of customers, employees and on the front counter.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
