We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that work meets industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
- Assist in construction estimating by providing input on labor, materials, and timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including project scheduling and quality control.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating techniques.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites.
