Are you passionate about making literature accessible to all? After a much-deserved retirement, we are seeking a dedicated and innovative Audio Reading Services (ARS) Manager to lead our team in planning, organizing and managing staff and volunteers to broadcast via radio, podcast, mobile apps, streaming and other avenues for individuals who are unable to read for a variety of reasons.
The Audio Reading Services department is located at our non-public Disalle location off of Cook Road. Leading an internal team, as well as over 100 volunteers, the ARS manager should have a strong background in audio production, exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to inclusivity.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, mostly daytime position. However, it will require an alternating weekend schedule as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field AND
- Four (4) years of media programming and/or broadcasting experience; OR an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Compensation is expected to be $57k - 65k per year and up based on previous related and comparable experience

Salary : $510 - $65,000
