As The Studio at main Supervisor, you will provide leadership for the Studio spaces and programming at our Main branch. You'll lead a team that offers well-equipped, welcoming spaces, services, and programs to crafters, creatives, entrepreneurs, tinkerers, and hands-on lifelong learners. This role involves oversight of daily operations, managing staff, coordinating programs and outreach, working with systemwide colleagues, and fulfilling grant requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational programming, project management, and collaboration. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, and will be required to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend hours.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, and will be required to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend hours.
Preferred Skills And/or Experience
- Experience leading STEM or STEAM-related programming for a variety of ages in a library setting.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, library science, education, audio-visual communication or a related field; AND two (2) years of science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics, or audiovisual instruction experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of training and experience
- State of Indiana Public Librarian Certification (LC 4) within three years of hire date
- Valid Driver's License
- Compensation for this position falls under our M1 pay grade. The minimum is $52k per year; mid-range is $67k per year; maximum is $83k per year. Offers are based on previous related and comparable experience.
